Land Uses

There are Five principal land uses that comprise 10 lakh sq. ft. of area approximately

  • The Technology component comprises 6, 50, 000 sq. ft in the core of the Park for IT/ ITES.
  • The Housing component comprises 1, 50, 000 sq. ft adjacent to the technology component and earmarked for the development of residential alternatives.
  • The Commercial component comprises 1, 50, 000 sq. ft for the development of a hotel/conference center, arena, recreation and additional residential or corporate facilities.
  • For Other Purposes, almost 50, 000 sq. ft of area is kept on reserve . This is a flexible space that will be used as per emerging needs.
  • An Open Space component of approximately 70 % of the total area (7 acres), preserving the natural wealth that is characteristic of “Green” identity of the area.
